AIMS

To deepen participants’ understanding of budgeting techniques by exploring various types of budgets, cost behaviours, and advanced costing methods. Participants will also learn to apply specialized costing approaches and adjust budgets for inflation, taxes, and capital investments to support strategic decision-making.
