2.1 BICPA Academy collects course fees in accordance to the fees structure stipulated in the latest Course Fee details. An administrative charge of B$100.00 will be levied on each late payment of the course fees. Fees are payable after the Student Application Form has been signed by the student. All applications must be accompanied with application fees.
2.2 The provision of the course is contingent upon BICPA Academy having received cleared funds from you or your sponsor (if you are a sponsored student) in respect of the Course fee. If any sum payable in respect of the Course Fee is not paid in cleared funds on or before the due date, i.e. one week before course commenced, BICPA Academy reserves the right, forthwith and at BICPA Academy’s sole discretion, to suspend the provision to you and refuse you entry to the course. 2.3 If you are a sponsored student and your sponsor fails to pay the Course Fees, you will be liable to pay the Course Fees. 2.4 Any request for installment payment must be made in writing upon course registration and are subjected to the approval of the management of BICPA Academy. The approval is at the sole discretion of BICPA Academy. 2.5 Unless otherwise stated, the Course Fees excludes amounts payable to the professional body for student registration, exemptions and examination entries, which are payable by students separately and BICPA Academy accepts no responsibility for this. However, students can request BICPA Academy to assist on the payment on behalf. 2.6 BICPA Academy reserves the right from time to time to change the amount of the Course Fee. In the unlikely event that due to a technical error, the amount of the Course Fee displayed on the Website or in the Brochure is incorrect, BICPA Academy will notify you as soon as it reasonably can. If the correct amount of the Course Fee is higher than displayed on the Website and/or in the Brochure then you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or continue with the course by making the additional payment. If the Course Fee is lower than displayed on the Website and/or in the Brochure then you will be refunded the difference. Any refund will be made in accordance under the Refund Policy. 2.7 Payments can be made by cash, Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Bank Transfer (BT) or by Cheque. For TT / BT / cheque payment, please indicate the full name of the student, IC number and the course applied for and Whatsapp to our office mobile line at 673 7248681 or email to email@example.com. 2.8 Enrollment for the courses / course packages together with payment fee creates a binding agreement to follow the courses, as resources have been committed to the student for the duration of the programme package. 2.9 All students must read and understand the Refund / Withdrawal, Deferment Policy and Expulsion & Disciplinary Matters of BICPA Academy.
